Welcome to Exquisite Enterprise, where healing meets strategy, creativity meets clarity, and purpose meets action. Founded by Shavonn Destiny Taylor, Exquisite Enterprise is a multi-dimensional brand rooted in empowerment, transformation, and results. We support individuals, entrepreneurs, and communities through coaching, creative media services, professional development, and personal growth tools.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping others change theirs — because I had to first learn how to change my own.

As a first-generation college graduate, single mother, and survivor of domestic violence, I’ve overcome adversity through faith, resilience, and intentional self-work. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies, and I’m currently pursuing my MBA with a concentration in Public Administration — aligning my purpose with systems transformation, equity, and community leadership.

A Career Rooted in Service

My journey into entrepreneurship is deeply informed by over a decade of experience in the human services field, supporting youth, families, and underserved communities. I’ve held roles as a Case Manager, Vocational Specialist, Juvenile Review Board Coordinator, Residential Rehabilitation Aide, Truancy Prevention Advocate, and Administrative Program Support staff across both state-funded and nonprofit agencies.
Throughout these roles, I’ve
Mentored and case-managed adolescents and adults with mental health, substance use, housing instability, and justice system involvement
Taught life skills including budgeting, employment readiness, education planning, and goal setting

Conducted internal audits and prepared agencies for state compliance and grant-funded evaluations
Built partnerships with schools, courts, housing programs, and employers to support holistic client progress
Created intervention plans, tracked case outcomes, and helped individuals secure jobs, housing, or secondary education
Whether working with a truant teen, a justice-involved youth, or an adult seeking to re-enter the workforce, my approach is always the same: client-centered, strength-based, and results-focused.

Exquisite Enterprise is an extension of the work I’ve been called to do — but now, I get to lead it my way. We operate across three service branches:
